Where do you deliver?

We ship Canada Wide.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above $75
  • We also offer free delivery in the Greater Montreal area
How do I track my order?

You can find the tracking code in your order history, in your personal area or in the email we send when the order is completed.

If you cannot locate it, please contact us via email at support@gourmet-fit.com informing the order number and the email you used at the time of purchase.

I made the payment but did not receive the confirmation email

Email confirmations may take a few minutes to be sent, it is also possible that the email went to the spam or junk folder.

If you are not receiving the confirmation email, please contact us via email at support@gourmet-fit.com stating your name, the email address you used in the purchase process and the products you ordered.

We will verify the information and resend the confirmation email.

My parcel is marked as completed but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Please check that:

  • The order has not been delivered to another authorised person;
  • If you live in a condominium or flat, check that it is not at the concierge;
  • Check that the delivery address is correctly filled in.

If you still have any doubts, please contact us with the order number and email address you used during the purchase process.
